Kestrel Works LLC ("we", "us") operates RHTP Radar. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

When you sign up for alerts, we collect the email address you provide and the state or page context of your signup. We also collect standard, non-identifying usage data (such as pages viewed) to operate and improve the Service.

How we use it

We use your email solely to send the RHTP alerts and Service updates you signed up for. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us operate (for example, hosting and email delivery), under obligations of confidentiality, and where required by law.

Retention and your choices

We keep your email until you unsubscribe. Every alert includes an unsubscribe link, and you may request access to or deletion of your information at any time by emailing contact@rhtpradar.com. Depending on your location, you may have rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA; we honor those requests.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information but cannot guarantee absolute security.
