Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of RHTP Radar (the "Service"), operated by Kestrel Works LLC ("we", "us"). By using the Service or subscribing to alerts, you agree to these Terms.
1. What the Service provides
The Service aggregates publicly available information about state Rural Health Transformation Program solicitations and sends optional email alerts. It is an informational and monitoring tool only.
2. Not professional advice; no affiliation
The Service does not provide legal, financial, grant-writing, or professional advice, and does not submit applications on your behalf. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of CMS, HHS, or any state agency. The issuing agency's official posting is always the authoritative source.
3. Accuracy and availability
We work to keep information accurate and current but do not warrant that it is complete, accurate, timely, or error-free. Deadlines and requirements change; you are responsible for confirming all details with the official source before acting. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to scrape, resell, redistribute, or create a competing dataset from the Service's content, nor to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service. See our Acceptable Use Policy.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kestrel Works LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any missed opportunity, deadline, or award, arising from your use of or reliance on the Service. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.
6. Changes
We may modify the Service or these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
